Brewer Heineken joined forces with Carlsberg this year to swallow Scottish & Newcastle in a £7.8 billion deal. The move will add to the wealth of Charlene de Carvalho, 53, the heir of Freddy Heineken, former head of the company. She lives in London with her banker husband, Michel, 63. Their stake in the brewer is worth £3.46 billion. Other assets add £170m.
