De Leon, 42, and his wife Parasol, 41, own 28.4% of Party Gaming, hit hard by America’s crackdown on gaming websites. The firm’s employees are based in Gibraltar, India, England and the Caribbean. Party Gaming went public on the London stock market in 2005, when it was valued at £4.7 billion. Gibraltar-based De Leon and Parasol sold shares worth £436m in the float and a further £64m in 2006. Their remaining stake is worth £263m.
