Aimed at: Graduates working in the public or private sector.

What you learn: How to find solutions to insider dealing, money laundering and asset recovery. The classes are held every three weeks and cover twelve modules, including designing a comprehensive anti-money-laundering framework; dealing with local and international authorities; and the vulnerabilities of specific financial services products.

LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME

Run by: Values Based Leadership

Cost and length: £5,950; nine months of coaching, including two weeks of courses.

Aimed at: High potential candidates working in business, usually in their thirties.

What you learn: How to maximise potential in personal and business leadership. The course is delivered through seminars and one-to-one coaching and delegates get to put into practice what they learn by carrying out an internal business project. Coaching continues until individual action plans have been put in place.
