Field Fisher Waterhouse

Matthew Lohn is head of Field Fisher Waterhouse’s public and regulatory law group. He advises statutory and other regulatory bodies on all aspects of their work. His team has developed a particular expertise in the law and practice of regulation, especially in the fields of healthcare, finance and sport. He advises on the drafting, policy design and legality of regulatory schemes, most recently for the Nursing and Midwifery Counsel and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. He is a legal advisor to the disciplinary committees of the General Teaching Council and General Social Care Council and to the Chairman's Panel for the disciplinary panels of the Rugby Football Union and the Horseracing Regulatory Authority.
