Has anyone ever considered what staff (especially support staff) may get in return for completing these surveys? All may not be as it seems! A firm's name in the list is, afterall, advertising is it not?!
Joanna Jackson, Manchester, England
Sascha, if your support worker has time to fill out these sorts of competitions, maybe you aren't delegating correctly. I personally think its a miracle that a law firm could get into any list of "best" firms to work for.
Tracey, Brisbane, Australia
I agree with Sascha - most fee earners in law firms haven't the time (too busy re-drafting that joint venture agreement at 4 o'clock in the morning...) nor inclination to complete these surveys so you these completely get skewed results. Law firms are hell on earth.Take it from one who knows.
Elizabeth, London, UK
I'd say 99.5% of the people in each of the law firms that entered this competition are support staff, not lawyers.
That's the exact sort of thing they do - try to paint a better picture of a law firm!
