Win 100 iconic DVDs
Tell us about examples of poor leadership - either your own or at the hands of others - and you could win a place on Said Business School's inaugural High Performance Leadership Programme.
The programme, which will run on June 23-27 and usually costs £6,000, is designed for emerging leaders. Run by Professor Tim Morris and Dr David Pendleton of the university's Saïd Business School, it explores the definition of leadership, purpose in leadership, entrepreneurship, styles of leadership, inspiration, decision-making and negotiation. It also includes psychometric testing and coaching. Find out more about the course here.
To win a place tell us in fewer than 500 words about an example of bad leadership and how you might have done things differently. You can e-mail your entry as a written document, a video clip or a podcast. The competition closes at midnight on May 29.
