This week the Sunday Times held a conference to share insight and experience on how recruitment outsourcing has affected organisations. Delegates debated the benefits and potential pitfalls of a move to recruitment outsourcing. Leading senior executives also presented the business case behind their decision for implementation or why they decided that recruitment outsourcing was not for them.
Here we present the highlights as podcasts for you to download.

Help
I read a headline article in Appointments section of Sunday Times, this was likely Nov/Dec 07 which highlighted the shortcomings of permanent recrutiment process for large organisations and I believe was a report on a seminar that had taken place as part of the Sunday Times Recruitment Forum. This I found very intersting but have been unable to locate since. Can anyone help?
Thanks in advance
