The Times and Times Online are the UK media partners for the Harvard Business Review's (HBR) new Fuel Your Performance intiative. This looks at the latest thinking on personal and corporate high performance.

Above HBR's editor Thomas Stewart outlines the research and thinking on which the initiative is based.

For each of the four elements of the intiative - energy management, cognitive fitness, personal strengths and high performance teams - Times Online will publish an extract from a Harvard Business Review article together with a video and links to interactive tools to help you assess your performance.
